❓ Frequently Asked Questions (5 Questions)
Q1. Is my PDF safe and private?
✅ Yes. Everything happens locally in your browser. No file is uploaded to any server—your data never leaves your computer.
Q2. What if my PDF is password-protected or scanned?
This tool works best with standard, non-secured PDFs. Password-protected or image-based scanned PDFs may not process correctly.
Q3. Can I rearrange the order of pages in the new PDF?
No, the extracted pages will be saved in the same order as selected (ascending order). To rearrange, you’ll need to re-select in the desired sequence.
Q4. Why is the download button disabled?
The button only activates when at least one page is selected. Make sure you’ve chosen pages using checkboxes, range input, or quick-select buttons.
Q5. Does it work offline?
No, an internet connection is required because the tool loads external libraries (PDF.js, pdf-lib) from CDN links on first use.
